How does she feel?

It begins early. Subtly, even:

The effect of the absence of the question,

"What do you feel?"

The messages we received as young girls that our feelings are

inconvenient,

unacceptable,

annoying and

unimportant by the people whom we depended on.

For many of us, we learned that to stay connected to them,

we had to disconnect from ourselves.

For some of us, being disconnected from ourselves

grew into a life of people-pleasing,

over-functioning,

over-accomodating,

never asking for help

and tolerating discomfort or worse.

And being at war with ourselves

and the truth of how we feel.

The Feminine navigates through her feelings.

But the truth of our feelings-

what we love, what lights us up,

what we desire, our pleasure,

what is good for us and what we are excited to create-

can be inconvenient, can need patience,

can require time and effort,

and does love attention-

from others and from ourselves.

And that is on purpose-

because pure Feminine truth

rooted in love, desire, pleasure, health

and creativity is life-affirming.

The value of the creational life-affirming Feminine truth

that lives in your body is not only not cheap,

it is priceless,

to you and those who get to be around you.
