I landed in a paradise a few days ago, hungry for everything it was: warmth, light, color, beauty.
Longing to be penetrated by it, and noticing in my body resistance to being fully possessed by the beauty I desired and came here to find.
How interesting, I thought. This resistance to receiving that which is being offered me with ease.
Because there is SO MUCH being offered to me that I can convert into unlimited pleasure when I open wide, let go, surrender to it, and hold no resistance to being overwhelmed.
To surrender to penetration.
We protect our hearts from falling in love and being fully, gloriously penetrated by what we desire, because our desires sit next to our grief- our memories of longing and not being given.
But it is always being given to us. And we have it all.
