How do you know?
I think that is a major, important question.
When your shadows masquerade as good sense, they can talk you out of creating what you desire.
What's at stake? Only living your desires from you highest potential, that's all.
Because the energy from which you make decisions is the energy with which you creative your life.
Your shadows are your fears, your scarcity thoughts, and self-limiting beliefs. When you make decisions based on them, you are not living the life you really desire.
You love is your inspiration, your intuition, and the creative power of your desires to love the life that is meant for you.
Fear or love? One keeps you where you are, the other leads you towards your potential.
Knowing the difference can be confusing, but living my best life and what is best for me is not something that I am willing to pass up on.
I have plenty of fears about heading straight into the life I really desire. Because disrupting the life I have now is guaranteed. But nothing scares me more than having that regret at the end of my life. Now that is a fear that serves my best interest.
