I have a morning ritual with my mala beads.
They were created for me with crystals and gems that are purported to activate the energies I want in my life: Chrysophase for creativity. Apatite for spiritual guidance. Onyx for self-confidence. Amazonite for gratitude. Calcedony for harmony. Jade for the wisdom.
I don't really believe in crystal energy and that it can create our reality.
But this I do know for sure: I create my reality. With every thought. Every belief. Every action. Every intention. Every word I speak.
Especially when things don't go the way I want, if I am not careful. Like, when the unexpected happens. When I am triggered in my relationships. When I am afraid. When I am denial. When I am not truthful. When I don't decide.
In other words, when I let my shadows rule the day.
The mala beads don't have the power to create the life I want. I do.
I have the power to chose to see the gems that come with a plan gone sideways. To choose to see the gem that my trigger is about me, not them or that. To choose to see that my shadows glitter with the gems of my freedom. To see my truth as a gem, consequences and all. To choose to decide that I will have the gems that are laid before me, in whatever package they arrive.
Everything serves me and my growth. Everything I recieve that I desire and everything that I don't.
Every damn thing.
This is the power of my mala bead practice, when I repeat my mantra on each bead each morning. All 108 of them:
"Everything I want and need will come to me in the most amazing ways".
When I ask, I receive. And always with this gem: The thing I receive has my growth path built in.
The path to my highest self.
Are you ready to find your gems?
