With someone who knows your worth, and is your biggest cheerleader?
Someone who is attuned to your needs and honors your desires?
Someone you can trust to handle the full expression of your feelings and to know your beliefs matter?
Someone who shows up for you when others can’t or won’t?
Someone who invests in your pleasure?
Someone who will lovingly picks you up when you fall?
Someone who doesn't tolerate discomfort that is not in your highest good- including the discomfort you create for yourself?
Someone who chooses you every day?
What if, when you are having a not-so-good day when your belief in yourself is wavering, and your inner critic is harping at you, and you feel like you can’t do anything right, you knew how to call her in to remind you of your strengths, your wins, your wonderfulness?
What if you set your phone alarm for every hour to call her in to ask what your body needs at the moment, or your heart? Even the smallest things all day long, like a squeeze of lemon to make your drink of water enjoyable, or trip to a cafe to work for a while for a refreshing change? And then she makes it happen?
Who is this amazing, loving someone anyway?
She is you.
She is the love that is your birthright, that is built into your body by the Divine as it formed you in your mother’s womb.
And you are never without her.
